  • Real-time accommodations of the plan to not only meet your goals, but create a sustainable lifestyle around your priorities.

Personal Training (aka: YOU time.)

You come with the goals and commitment, and we will bring the knowledge, roadmap, and belief that you can and you will. One-on-one weekly, twice-weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc., options are available based on your goals and availability. Plans are written, adapted, and evaluated for the individual. Each one is different.

Some favorite options are:

  • 5, 10, and 20-pack personal training packages.

  • 5, 10, and 20-pack small group training packages

  • 12-week virtual training option (for commercial or at-home gym options) —all plans are written according to the equipment and time available to each client.

  • A la carte! Many clients have combined virtual training, in-person training, or zoom training based on their schedules and geographic location! Email us, and we can determine the best option for you!

Healthy Habitz

Join a monthly 4-week Healthy Habitz virtual intervention that focuses on two things: eating more fruits & vegetables and lifting weights.

This is not a plant-based diet or fad. And vegans are also welcome to join! Science proves these two simple lifestyle changes (eating more plants and strength training) will improve health, immunity, and longevity.
